Commercial Property Marketing Using Drones
As commercial agents if you are selling or leasing commercial property, there is now a cost effective way to produce stunning aerial photos and videos of offices, retail parks, industrial units, factories, farms and land.
Yorkshire Drone Photography services use drone quadcopters (UAV’s – unmanned aerial vehicles) equipped with the latest cameras to capture 20 megapixel images and Ultra-HD 4K videos from the air. Our aerial drones can fly up to 400ft taking smooth and detailed footage of your commercial property. This footage is up to date and more detailed that satellite data collected from Google Earth or Google Maps.
Yorkshire Drone Photography Services employ our own in-house editors using professional Adobe photo and video editing software. We can overlay our aerial images and video footage to incorporate your corporate image or design, to show the commercial property you are marketing in the best light.
Also we often provide unedited images and video to client’s PR & Advertising agencies for inclusion in a coordinated marketing and media campaign.
Our commercial property aerial photography can easily show the complete picture – car parks, land boundaries, road access and will give potential purchasers a clear insight and overview, setting your property marketing ahead of other competing commercial agents.
For planning applications or prior to construction, property developers are using drones for photography and videos to show the proposed view from different floors or the 360 degree aerial panorama of the site.
Building Inspections and Surveys
Yorkshire Drone Photography Services are specialists in high-level aerial building surveys and inspections on tower, chimney structures and roofing using radio controlled quadcopter drones (UAV’s).
We do work for property owners, leasehold tenants, chartered surveyors, consultants, local councils and religious organizations. Our projects include listed buildings, retail parks, churches, industrial sites, wind turbines, solar farms, towers and landmark buildings.
All of our pilots are CAA approved and are skilled in flying aerial survey drones to get a view of those “difficult to reach” places. We can fly our drones close to the roof or building to get detailed aerial camera ultra-HD 4K video footage or 20 megapixel still aerial images.
Cost Effective Aerial Building Surveys
Yorkshire Drone Photography Services offer a very cost effective, quick solution for UAV aerial building surveys compared to more expensive traditional methods of scaffolding, platforms, steeplejacks or hiring a cherry picker. No one leaves the ground so you do not have to worry about the HSE – “Working at Height” health and safety regulations.
This is very useful if the roof or structure is unsound or has difficult or complex access. We can do high level aerial surveys from ground level to 400ft.
You can also stand with us and monitor the video in the ground in real time as we fly, so you know we are getting the exact images you are looking for. In half a day we can cover a large surveying area. Our drones we use will fly over 20 minutes before having to land to change the battery.
We carry spare pre-charged batteries on each survey. It only takes a few minutes to change the battery and get back in air. So we are able to fly all day with very little disruption.
All of our clients have access to their survey report, video and images via the cloud or memory stick, so you can view on you own laptop, tablet or PC.
You can zoom in to inspect brickwork, lightning conductors, stonework, restoration, chimneys, weather vanes, roof tiles, lead work, asbestos and roof valleys, for full analysis in your own time and in your own office.
Our CAA flight planning and risk assessment will be done prior to our arrival on site, to ensure strict safety procedures and the safety of the public at the flight location. It only takes around 15-20 minutes to set up the drone on site for flight.
This rapid deployment will minimise any potential disruption to residents or staff, with no damage to property or surroundings.
Pricing for a single visit is on our pricing page. Contact us to discuss pricing for multisite regular contract aerial inspections, as part of any scheduled and preventative maintenance program.
